i was born in France and began acting in primary school. i began my love affair with film in my early 20s directing a short film in Marseille. i taught myself the basics of filmmaking, learning through collaborations, reading, and watching films. In 2002 i moved to London, to improve my english and pursue an international career as a filmmaker. my first feature film Highlight was screened at Le Marche du Film at the Cannes Film Festival in 2009, i have made a few films since then as an independent filmmaker, always choosing to be as independent as i can.
